I highly recommend Sapphire Spa!All the staff were lovely, but I had the special honours of having Margarita as my esthetician. She gave me an amazing massage followed by a nice, relaxing facial that had my skin glowing! This is something I will have to add into my routine moving forward. That massage was everything. Margarita , I’ll be seeing you next month! Thank you so much.

I am so overly happy with the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage By Josie Rushing that i got done by Margarita. This massage was out of this world, i felt instantly lighter, relaxed and my body shown crazy results after just one session. I will definelty keep coming back for Brazilian Lymphatic Massage and 100% recommend it. The employees and massage therapist made me feel so welcomed. The customer service was out of this world. Best spa ive ever been too.

Every experience has been fantastic, the attendants are always pleasant, friendly, courteous, very professional and never in a rush. The place is kept immaculately clean and tidy, there are not many places like this in Hamilton or surrounding areas. I strongly recommend sapphire you will leave extremely happy and keep coming back.

NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE !I came in for a spa day thinking that this would be like every other boring spa I have been to . I was pleased to see that I was completely wrong ! Upon my arrival a was greedy by a very friendly/ customer services oriented receptionist, as I got moved into the treatment area I was AMAZED to the beautiful decor . It was as if I was somewhere other than busy city! I had an amazing massage by Sophia , follow by a fantastic microdermabration facial . I was pleased with all my services and the profesional/ knowledgeable staff .I left leaving Sapphire spa feeling like a brand new woman ! Everyone must have a Spa day at Sapphire Spa

I received a gift certificate from my friend for this spa thinking it would be a regular boring massage. I was completely wrong, I felt like I arrived in heaven. Sophia attended me it was amazing the receptionist at the front were so thoughtful, nice and professional. They prepared my room and helped with my paperwork they were very welcoming. Sophia sold me skin care products that have absolutely saved my skin after getting the “inner beauty package” it was such a incredible experience Sophia made me feel comfortable, relaxed & fully rejuvenated. Definitely will come here all the time and recommend it 100%

This spa is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure that you are pampered and taken care of. Sapphire spa staff strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice spa day
