The Lounge Nails Spa & Beauty Bar

Sadly disappointed. I have heard great things about the Lounge and so I did go in with high expectations. My sister and I went for the first time today for manicures and felt like we were not prioritized. My sister's nail tech did not even finish her manicure she was so worried about starting another clients nails so she asked the receptionist to massage her hands. My sister ended up rubbing the lotion in herself because she was left with one hand massaged and lotion splatted on the other. My tech brought dirty clippers to my station from his previous client.I will say they did discuss our design ideas with us to ensure we got what we were looking for. The finished product is fair and presentable, but I have definitely had better else where.Overall we did not feel taken care of, we won't be back. :(
