I am giving 5 stars because of Brigitte ❤️I got a haircut from someone else at the salon and my hair was a total disaster. I went back and explain the situation to the ladies at the reception who were very kind and Brigitte was very sweet and generous to fix it between clients. I try to give her a tip and she refused. Well she just gained me as a client!!

Hair cut was fantastic! I also got my eyebrows done. I told the technician what I wanted, and she told me it wasn’t in style and decided to do what she wanted. I would’ve asked her to fix it but she went over my left eye so many times that she ripped some skin. It’s been more than 6 hours and it still hurts. It the photo, I put vitamin e on it to prevent it from scabbing over night.Edit: it did scab over night.I wish the edit option allowed for me to add another photo. Very dissapointing

I loved this place and am so glad I found it. I saw Bianca for a manicure and Sylvie for a pedicure and they were both wonderful. Very professional but also kind, friendly and attentive.The salon was elegant and very clean.

My wife loved it. She came back home looking a few years younger and was bragging about how the service was great. When she's happy, I'm happy. Deserve 5 stars

this spa is amazing !! i’ve had the pleasure of going to yvonne and she is the kindest most caring women , she is always going the extra mile for her clients i have always left there beyond satisfied! i recently had a pedicure and facial with her and it was a true spa experience. she did everything and more to make sure i would enjoy my experience. i cannot talk highly enough about the services i recieved. i will 10000 be coming back

First off, this place is huge!This 20 year old business looks small from the outside but it provides just about every care service and has the room to do it... On 2 floors! (Lower floor has a cool Zen vibe)Greeted by a very professional and courteous staff, I went for a massage not sure what to expect and ended up very satisfied, relaxed and ready to recommend (thanks Anne-Marie!)I've already booked a second appointment and recommended the place to my wife.

The place is nice in general but 55$ for pedicure what a joke and they don't even accept debit cards only Visa or cash. They have some machine inside that takes more fees than an actual bank machine. The pedicure was not even done properly, feet were still hard. I'll stick to going to runaway beauty bar downtown Montreal they do away better job.

Veronica is fantastic I had 2 different appointments for highlights/streaks with her and she nailed what I wanted.10/10 I recommend this place for eyebrows, hair, etc. Competitive prices with awesome staff that do their best to make sure you got what you wanted.

Nice people and nice place, but asked for my hair to be layered and cut shorter in a V shape and I got the opposite (even showed multiple pictures as reference.) Went from long hair in a nice V shape to a short, straight cut with no layers. I was fine until I went home and checked the back... Disappointed, was not even done symmetrically, will have to wait at least a year to grow it long enough so that I can let someone else fix it. Sad because I liked the atmosphere and the hairdresser in a personal way, but not for the haircut which I came for.
